HOW TO FIND AND PROFIT FROM CONVENTION AND TRADE SHOW WRITING OPPORTUNITIES

Find out how to turn your writing talent into lucrative and continual work  covering conventions and trade shows at the Independent Writers of Chicago’s meeting on Jan. 9 from 5 to 7 p.m. in Room 4F at the Gratz Center, 126 E. Chestnut Street, just behind the historic Fourth Presbyterian Church on Michigan Avenue. IWOC’s monthly meetings are open to the public. Networking with snacks and beverages begins at 5 p.m. The program begins at 6 p.m. There’s discounted parking after 5 p.m. at the 900 N. Michigan Avenue Garage. Validation coupons are available at the meeting.

The meeting is free for IWOC members.
Non-members pay $10 with online preregistration at http://www.iwoc.org/event-2742072 or $15 at the door.

All attendees are welcome to continue the conversation after the meeting at a buy-your-own dinner at nearby Tempo Café.
